WHAT IS SLEEPTALK™

SleepTalk™ is a wonderful way of parenting that is done while your child is asleep. You learn how to reach the 'alpha' brain wave pattern of the child's subconscious mind and place positive suggestions or affirmations.

The Foundation statement consists of six powerful and easily understood sentences that benefit every child! Both parents are encouraged to be involved; single parents, step-parents and parents of adopted, foster or challenged children will find it invaluable for their children too!

Sleep Talk™ has been taught to parents by psychologists, doctors, and other health professionals for more than thirty years. Research shows it will develop your child's self-esteem, self-confidence, and give them the courage needed to succeed.

• SleepTalk™ empowers parents to help their children achieve self-confidence and inner strength.
• SleepTalk™ empowers parents to give their children positive suggestions to help with general and specific issues in their lives, such as
• Children who are having 'behavioural' issues including bed-wetting, or a lack of self confidence or self esteem.
• SleepTalk™ is a safe, ethical and non-intrusive process suitable for any family.
• The SleepTalk™ coach works with and assists the parents to understand how and why SleepTalk™ works.
• The parents or guardians perform the SleepTalk™ in the safety and privacy of their own homes and families.
• This process is available to parents through group workshops, parent coaching and the SleepTalk™ book.
